Fun classes with a light, aerobic warm-up and filled with a variety of exercises targeting every muscle group. Energizing instructorslead you through free weights, exer-tubing and body bars. Wear comfortable clothing and workout shoes. Bring a mat and water. Class is held at Hunter Community Center.
