Come practice yoga and learn how to release tension and stress as you strengthen your muscles and build flexibility and balance. Research has shown that yoga can help lower blood pressure, relieve anxiety and help you sleep better. Beginners and all skill levels welcome.

Restorative Yoga and Massage
Hunter Community Center
Instructor: Marilyn Bird, E-RYT
Bring your blanket, mat, socks and a pillow and enjoy yourself while improving your health and well-being. Yoga poses are fully supported by props and are held for a longer period of time to invite a release of tension and deepen inner awareness. Gentle massage to various areas, such as your hands, neck and feet, is provided to enhance your experience so you leave class feeling completely relaxed and renewed. Yoga blocks and straps are available for use.
