Step Aerobics

Join us for a fun, energetic workout that is perfect for both beginners and advanced steppers. Class consists of a warm-up, 30 minutes of stepping, 15 minutes of target area muscle reps and a relaxing cool down. Steps are available. Wear comfortable clothing and workout shoes. Bring a mat and water. Class is held at Hunter Community Center.
