Toys for Goodfellows

City Hall / Hunter Community Center
Please help this longtime community organization see that “no child goes without a Christmas.” Drop boxes will be available for anyone who would like to donate toys, games or non-perishable food items. The Goodfellows will then distribute all donated goods to local families in need of assistance. Please help our local families in need!

Christmas Tree Lighting
Memorial Park at Blair Memorial Library
Families are invited to kickoff the holiday season with this annual tradition. Co-sponsored by the Clawson/Troy Optimist Club, the evening includes caroling and the arrival of Santa Claus by fire truck! Refreshments will be served at Clawson City Hall immediately following. Event is held rain, snow or shine.

Goodfellows Paper Sale
All Major Clawson Intersections
Extra, extra! Members will be selling their paper, which features community news and Goodfellows updates, for a monetary donation of your choice. One hundred percent of proceeds will go to help a Clawson family. If you would like to send a tax-deductible donation, please send a check or money order to the Clawson Goodfellows, P.O. The GFWC Clawson Women’s Club will once again host this festive event. Tickets must be purchased in advance at Hunter Community Center and include lunch, a visit with Santa and a small gift! Tickets are limited, so don’t miss out on this fun lunch!

Knights of Columbus Breakfast Benefitting the Clawson Goodfellows
Knights of Columbus Hall at 870 N. Main
Please bring your family and friends to the for a fine breakfast to help two fine groups continue their fine work. All proceeds from the breakfast will be donated to the Clawson Goodfellows to help fund their holiday gift giving program. Bring your camera and take pictures with Santa - your small donation for pictures with Santa will help the Knights continue their charitable works in the community.

Resolution Run 5K
Begins at Clawson City Hall
The Clawson Chamber of Commerce & BodyWorks will host a 5K run through the neighborhood to make 2017 a "New Year, New You." Refreshments will be served after. Proceeds will benefit the Clawson Public Schools. Volunteers are still needed to help block intersections! For more information, registration or volunteer opportunities, call (248) 435-6500.

This annual event features fire breathers and jugglers, in addition to ice carvers creating custom designs and a kids craft tent! Don’t forget to stay for the chili cook-off, the proceeds of which are donated to local charities.
