Pre-School Story time
For children aged 3 – 5 years old. We will listen to stories and participate in songs and creative movement activities to encourage development of early literacy skills in your preschooler. Story time meets on Tuesdays from 10:30 – 11:00am. Please sign-up at the library or by phone.
Winter Session 2: February 27 – March 20 (SIGN UP STARTS 2/6)

Parent and Tot Time
For toddlers up to three years old accompanied by an adult. Enjoy an interactive story time with your child that includes early literacy fun with books, songs and movement activities. Tot Time takes place on Thursdays from 10:00 – 10:20am and 10:30 – 10:50am. Please sign-up at the library or by phone.

Family Fort Night
Back by popular demand! Come to the library for an after-hours event. Bring blankets, sheets and pillows to build your own reading fort in the stacks! We will provide the books and a fun camp-out snack! Pajamas and flashlights are welcome, too.

PAWS to Read!
Come to the library to read to a dog. Our favorite certified therapy dogs love to be read to ... so pick out a book to read to a furry friend! Sign-up for a 10 minute time slot at the library or by phone.

Popcorn & Pages Book Club: Charlie & the Chocolate Factory
Join us for our children’s book & movie club featuring “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” by Roald Dahl. There will be brief book discussion followed by a screening of the original 1971 feature film (rated G), plus popcorn and some chocolate, too! * This program is part of our Children’s Book Week celebration.

2018 Summer Reading Program : LIBRARIES ROCK!
The 2018 Summer Reading Program is open to young people, preschool age through 5th grade, and will include fun programs, cool contests, prize drawings, storytimes, and more. A calendar of events will be included with registration packet. Registration begins June 15th (the last day of school).
TEEN READ 2018: LIBRARIES ROCK!
The Teen Read summer program is for those entering 6th grade thru 12th grade. Teens may enter weekly prize drawings by reading books or listening to audio books. A calendar of events will be included with registration packet. The Teen Read program will conclude with an after-hours party with pizza, lots of fun & prize giveaways. Registration begins June 15th (the last day of school).
