The Museum Needs You
Do you like history and want to get behind the scenes at the museum? Volunteering is a great way to do it! There is a lot to do to keep the museum in top shape and ready for visitors and researchers. Consider volunteering your skills today! Would you like experience working with the public? The museum needs docents to act as guides one Sunday afternoon a month between 1pm–4pm. Docents would work with the curator to help visitors as they explore the museum during open hours. Volunteers are also needed for a variety of jobs such as housekeeping, including light dusting, vacuuming, and similar tasks.
