Road Agencies and Communities Partner to Improve Traffic on Rochester Road
The Rochester Access Management Plan will identify locations along the corridor where intersection changes are needed or where driveway consolidation, redesign or closure can help restore and preserve road capacity, improve safety conditions and support lone-term visions for expanded non-motorized systems and community sustainability.
