Zoning and Planning Commission Services
This section is charged with the evaluation of planned developments as well as review and recommendations on zoning amendments and special development. This is accomplished by providing ordinance-mandated technical review and recommendations for all zoning matters.

Business Licenses are not transferrable from one owner to the next. You will need to re-apply for all applicable City licenses. Please note: When selling a business, you MUST cancel your business licenses. Simply not renewing will keep you on the records and may delay applying for future busines licenses.
