Television production is a lot of work but also a lot of fun! And there are many ways to get involved. If you want to tell everyone about your organization we can help.
Clawson’s Municipal Channel brings a variety of news, local sports, entertainment and community information programming as a free service to the homes of Clawson cable subscribers.
The Clawson Municipal cable channels are: Comcast (248.549.2100) channel 60/913, and Wide Open West (800.848.2278) channel 10.
We cover events like regular city council meetings, and other interesting local events. We also cablecast programs from outside sources such as fire safety, tornado safety, and electrical safety to mention just a few.
What really makes this channel work is our great volunteers. Cable Television provides a great service to our community. Volunteers are always needed to help on the Municipal Cable productions which can be a great learning experience. We offer free training and no prior experience is required. Several of our volunteers have even established professional careers in television.
