Not only will this class be a good workout, it will be lots of fun!! You will burn fat and build muscle and bone mass by doing a variety of routines put together with weight lifting, circuit training, step, kickboxing - plus anything else the instructor can think of. Both beginner and advanced will benefit from this class by adjusting the weight lifted and the intensity of the moves. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes, and bring a mat and water. Come enjoy a fun night out while getting the benefits of great low impact exercise that increases memory functions. In the beginner class you will learn basic steps and then put them together to learn easy dances at a slow pace, building on what you learn. The intermediate class will focus on learning dances with advanced steps, techniques and styling while building on what you have learned in the beginner class. Dances are done to a variety of music. No partner needed! No dance experience required. Fun and easy to learn. Come for one or both classes. This is a year-round program, includes up to two hours of dancing.
