Step Aerobics
Instructor: Laura Moore


Join us for a fun, low-impact workout that delivers great results. This class is excellent for all fitness levels, as you control the intensity by simply raising or lowering your stepping platform. Please bring a workout mat, water, and appropriate workout shoes. A limited number of steps are available at the facility, so please register early.

Low Impact Aerobics

Have fun getting into shape with choreographed routines to upbeat music. Concentrating on the cardiovascular system, muscle toning and endurance. Great for men and women of all ages. Wear comfortable clothes, supportive shoes and bring a towel or mat.

Sculpt / Step Combo Class for Women
Instructor: Anne Davis, Certified Personal Trainer


This is the ultimate class to burn fat and build muscle. Each class starts with a warm-up, 20 minutes of great work, 20 minutes on the step, some ab work and a cool-down. Great for any fitness level. Wear proper shoes and clothing, bring water and a mat. We can discuss weights at the first class.

Body Conditioning for Women

Pilates Matwork
Instructor: Debra Gasidlo-Sawicki, Certified Pilates Instructor

Pilates is a mind-body exercise that promotes core strength and flexibility. If you are looking for decreased pain and tension, improved posture and abdominal/back strength, then pilates is for you! Beginning with basic mat exercises and progressing to some intermediate. All ages welcome! Wear comfortable clothing, bring a mat and towel. Flex-Band workout included.

Yoga
Instructor: Kathlynn Grace


Yoga movements include body movements, posture, and breathing exercises that promote a deep sinse of well-being and relaxation.  Anyone may participate, as exercises are done calmly and without strain. Relieve yourself of the day's stress by participating in this class. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a mat or towel. Do not eat for one to two hours before class.

Golf Lessons


Instructor: Jim Dahline, PGA Professional

These classes are designed to teach the student all the basics of the game, from the grip on through the complete swing. Even putting and etiquette will be covered. Class size will be limited to no more than 12 people. Classes will meet once a week at the times shown below. Clubs will be available to those who need them at no extra charge. Golf balls must be purchased for each class.
Note: Thursday 8pm are intermediate classes.

Line Dance
Come enjoy a fun night out while getting the benefits of great low impact exercise that increases memory functions. Dances are done to a variety of music. No partner needed! This is a year-round program.

Ballroom Dance
“Dancing with the Stars” TV show just may be your inspiration to take ballroom dance lessons on Monday evenings this fall at Hiller Elementary School... or would you just like to learn a few steps in the beginner class or fine tune the steps and learn more in Intermediate Ballroom Dance? Dances taught will be the Fox Trot, Swing, Cha Cha, Mambo, Salsa and Tango. Hear the rhythm and learn to dance with grace and ease!
