Zumba is the most fun you will ever have exercising! Lose weight, tone up, feel sexy, get happy! Zumba is a combination of dance and fitness moves done to a variety of mostly latin rhythms including salsa, merenque, cha-cha, reggaeton, bachata and more! Step Aerobics**
Instructor: Laura Moore
Step into fitness this winter! Join us for a fun and energetic workout that is perfect for all ages and fitness levels. Taught by a professional instructor with over 20 years of experience, this is a class that both beginning and advanced level students are sure to enjoy. Please wear appropriate fitness shoes and bring a mat and water with you. (A limited number of step platforms are available.)

Not only will this class be a good workout, it will be lots of fun!! You will burn fat and build muscle and bone mass by doing a variety of routines put together with weight lifting, circuit training, step, kickboxing - plus anything else the instructor can think of. Both beginner and advanced will benefit from this class by adjusting the weight lifted and the intensity of the moves. Please wear comfortable clothing/shoes, bring mat and water. Dodge Ball Tournament
relive a childhood favorite. Get a group of friends together and come out for this day of fun and competition. Teams will consist of six players with up to four substitutes. Every team will be guaranteed to play two matches. A match will consist of a best of five games. Members of a team should be in like uniforms. Rubber coated foam balls that are non-stinging will be used for play. Awards will be given to the top 3 teams. All players must sign a waiver to participate.

Line Dance
Come enjoy a fun night out while getting the benefits of great low impact exercise that increases memory functions. In the beginner class you will learn basic steps and then put them together to learn easy dances at a slow pace, building on what you learn. The intermediate class will focus on learning dances with advanced steps, techniques and styling while building on what you have learned in the beginner class. Dances are done to a variety of music. No partner needed! No dance experience required. Fun and easy to learn. Come for one or both classes. This is a year-round program, includes up to two hours of dancing.
