Construction dates provided are estimates only, as they are dependent on good weather, timely delivery of materials and equipment, breakdowns of equipment and other factors. The City will try to keep you updated through timely construction alerts that identify changes in schedule.

Most construction related questions have been addressed in the FAQ's delivered with your yearbook in mid-June 2008 which is posted on the City website.

Please be sure to WATER THE NEW GRASS that is installed on your property following construction.

The Oakland County Road Commission—Rochester Road Resurfacing Project—Clawson part of the project is limited to Elmwood to 14 Mile Road, and it is in the restoration phase.

To all persons living in a construction area. This year the City is taking on projects that affect many more streets than last year. As a result, more people are affected and the number of calls for questions or concerns has resulted in delayed response.
